You will be an excellent communicator with the confidence to build positive working relationships with colleagues, partners, funders, and external organisations at all levels. With strong attention to detail and a solutions-focused approach, you will be able to identify issues, maintain accurate records, and ensure project teams feel supported in their project delivery.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, using their initiative to manage competing demands while remaining adaptable to changing priorities. This role has the option to be hybrid, therefore, the ideal candidate will be able to reliably travel to our Slimbridge office for a minimum of 3 days a week.
