We have a fantastic opportunity for a creative educator to help deliver our award-winning learning programme at London Wetland Centre. Our vibrant schools’ programme welcomes over 12,000 learners every year to this world-renowned nature reserve. This includes our arts-based Generation Wild programme for schools, children and families in economically disadvantaged areas.

This varied role includes the following:

• Delivering the Centre's curriculum-linked earning programmes, including pond dipping, bird watching and sustainability topics
• Delivering Generation Wild sessions, including puppet performances and facilitating nature connectedness activities 
• Deliver an exciting range of activities and events for families and adults during holidays and weekends with our Engagement Team
• Getting involved in our community and youth engagement programmes.
• Support the Learning Manager with supervision, training and recruitment of Learning Support Volunteers

This is a full time, permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 including some weekends and bank holidays. 

Appointment to this position is subject to the successful candidate receiving an enhanced disclosure and barred list check (child).
