Casual Trading Assistant

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to  be an integral part of an inspirational and vibrant trading environment.

As the first and often the last point of contact with our visitors this is a key role in providing a welcoming environment, striving to maximise both visitor enjoyment and engagement within the work of the Trust.

Providing a warm and informative welcome to all visitor segments in our trading areas, meeting visitor experience targets and maximising sales and membership recruitment. 

You'll contribute to the delivery of agreed targets and help to generate profits that support the conservation work of WWT.

The successful candidate will have a friendly personality and a commitment to providing an exceptional visitor experience.

You will:

• Give every visitor a warm welcome to our retail shop and demonstrate exceptional customer service.
• Consistently and proactively promote and maximise sales opportunities.
• Use your artistic flair to make appealing displays working to our visual merchandising standards.
