You will greet visitors, encourage them to engage in the activity and make sure the canoes, boat tour and accessories are safe to use. Other duties will include providing correctly fitted buoyancy aids to all visitors, making sure they have received the necessary health and safety instructions for undertaking the activity and taking both cash and credit card payments.

Part of this role will ensure the safe running of the supporting activities around the canoe safari which includes a new play area opening this year, den building, supplying drinks from the kiosk and the cleanliness of the compost toilets.

This role will allow the candidate to interact with our visitors and supporters in a positive way, shaping unforgettable experiences and helping them understand and connect to wetlands.
