About The Role

We are looking for a committed and proactive Finance and Administration Manager to support delivery, and facilitate growth, of WWT’s conservation and development programme in Cambodia.

The position holder will play a crucial role to ensure that WWT’s Administrative and Financial procedures are in support of the Conservation team. You will be the contact person to WWT-UK’s Support team (Finance, Admin and HR units) and in collaboration with them will lead the establishment of all required administrative and financial systems and procedures and will lead the implementation of those systems.

The WWT is a conservation charity that protects wetlands for wildlife and people. We conserve, restore and create wetlands. For over a decade we have worked in Cambodia to conserve and restore key wetland areas, balancing conservation with sustainable livelihoods and influencing national and international conservation policies.

This is a full time permanent position working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The role is based in Phnom Penh with some periods working in the field.

About You

To join as our Finance and Administration Manager you'll bring:
  •  A bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting Management or equivalent experience
  • Substantial relevant work experience in managing finance and administration operations and reporting functions.
  • Strong English and Khmer communication skills (both in writing and spoken)
  • Demonstrable proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and accounting tools
  • A knowledge of Cambodia's NGO and corporate law and other financial law and regulations
  • A highly organised approach with excellent attention to detail
  • Great team working skills with a proactive approach and solution focused approach
